This was the best vehicle purchase experience my wife and self have ever had. Even was introduced to the owner. Everyone was knowledgeable in their field, and all were courteous. Absolutely no sales pressure. The salesperson we dealt with has been with the dealership for 12 years, which is unheard of nowadays. We initially started out with looking at Ford SUV’s but they were too small and didn’t really have good fuel mileage.  Looking over at the Acura lot, I asked the salesperson about their vehicles as I had never owned one before. I told the salesperson I needed a roomy interior and good fuel economy. He showed me an RDX which was exactly what fit our needs.

A very nice young man, Tim, helped us get acquainted with the Acura line and we also interfaced with Rex who helped us with some additional questions.  Both were very cordial and informative.
We then spotted a car that Susan was really impressed wtih… it was an Acura RL that was 3 years old but had only 19,000 miles.  After a test drive the next day we settled down to serious discussions with Mark Zinn (Butler Acura Sales Manager).  Mark did a great job of presenting options and, in the end, we purchased the car with extended warranty and life time oil changes.  I think we came to a fair price and we both felt good about our buying experience.
Mark also came through in getting our vehicle titled, registered and plates issued before out trip the next week.
Overall, I would relate that our experience with Mark, Rex and Tim was very positive.  Good people are hard to find and, if I were you, I would rate these guys as definite assets to your organization.

Last week, at the end of a 4,000 mile roadtrip, our 2005 MDX’s engine malfunction light came on.  Joe Butterfield and Richard Parker really went out of their way to help us out.  What I just knew was going to be a huge, expensive disaster was handled with professionalism and old-fashioned kindness.  Even our dog was pampered by the ladies and gentlemen at Butler Acura.  Thge service department ran diagnostics at the very end of their work day in hopes that it was just a sensor issue which, sadly, it was not.  In the morning, after more testing, the problem was diagnosed and repaired the same day.  Richard got us a car so we could explore Ashland while waiting.  Joe kept us posted on the progress.  The disaster turned out to be a relatively pain free experience.  We were able to continue on our way home that same afternoon.  I cannot thank the crew at Butler Acura enough.  My only regret is that Ashland is a bit far for me to use Butler as my usual Acura service center.
