Butler Acura provided us with Red Carpet customer service!
Rex, our sales person was not pushy. He was super nice, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The hand off to the finance person was very friendly, we actually had fun while signing the finance paperwork! Rex spent several minutes with me sitting in my Certified PreOwned Acura linking my phone and showing me how to work the technology.
He even took the time to introduce us to the service manager, should we ever need service or repairs.
It was a great experience!

I have never had such an easy, pleasant experience buying a new car. We agreed on a price over the phone for the new car I purchased and also for my trade in. Every person I encountered there was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I drove 105 miles to purchase the vehicle from Butler and I would do it again in the future. Thank you Rex, Brent, Joe, Craig for your SUPERB service!!!
