The Service Advisor Joe Butterfield is always so pleasant to the customers. He welcomes you with a warm welcome and a smile, keeps you updated at all times with the status of your vehicle being repaired and explains the results of the repair when completed. He makes sure that you are comfortable while waiting for your vehicle. Other staff members are very cordial and accommodating to the customers as well. You can sit back and relax while waiting for your vehicle.

Purchased a 2014 Certified Used Acura MDX and absolutely love it. We had an issue with the windshield and the guys were quick to do whatever needed to be done! Rex the sales guy was friendly and not pushy at all. The sales manager was honest and open and worked with us instead of playing the crazy back and forth game as with most dealerships. Highly recommend Butler Acura!
