The staff at Butler were amazing. They worked with my husband and I for 3 weeks until we found the perfect car within our narrow budget. We were welcomed with open arms by every single staff member. The process of buying a car was flawless from all of the Butler staff. We went to many dealerships trying to find the perfect car, but we always kept coming back to Butler. There wasn't a staff at another dealership that compared to the Butler staff. We thank them so much for finding us the perfect car for our family. We absolutely love it!! We bought our Acura at Butler & after an accident had the repairs done there, also. In both areas, we were treated with upmost courtesy & professionalism. The sales person, Rex, was extremely knowledgeable & had a kind & friendly personality. Brent, in the collision department, went above & beyond in providing excellent service. He delivered our car to us & returned our rental car to the rental company. The repairs done to our Acura were more than satisfactory & were completed in a timely manner. The rating for Butler Acura is an ‘excellent’ in both areas.
